The play tells the story of Hugh and Angela Preece, a couple who should
be relaxing and enjoying early retirement in the countryside. However, fate
intervenes when they meet neighbour Alexander and his wife, the fanciful
Joanna. Henry and Joanna quickly become embroiled in a passionate yet
destructive affair or do they ? and the plot takes a dangerous turn when
Angela suddenly and inexplicably vanishes without a trace in this whodunnit
with a twist.
